Mrs. V's Bio

Hello!  I am Mrs. Sylvia Villarreal, visual arts teacher at Montague Charter Academy. I have been teaching elementary art at Montague since 1994.  I am a graduate of Cal State Northridge, and I also have a certificate in graphic arts.  I love sharing my knowledge of art with children.
 
I grew up in Bakersfield, CA, a simple country girl who still enjoys the simple lifestyle.  I live with my three grandchildren and my super dog, Jax.  My favorite colors are blue and green, and I love to draw and take long walks.
