Earth Day 2020
CELEBRATING 50 YEARS OF "EARTH DAY!"
Wednesday, April 22, 1970
marked the first official day known as "Earth Day." On this day thousands of individuals came together with the purpose of making thousands of others aware of how important it was that human beings protect planet EARTH for all the future generations to come.
Even though this Wednesday, April 22, 2020,
we must continue to "physically distance" here on earth, we can still celebrate the 50th anniversary of our planet's special day! The present time does not allow us to enjoy all of Earth's natural beauty and its different places. Perhaps we can take some time to reflect upon how much Earth gives us and how we can show appreciation for it not just on "Earth Day" but on a daily basis.
