P.E. / Daily Exercise

Get outdoors, and go for a walk, run or a bike ride or... just exercise in the comfort of your home.

ExerciseYou are still allowed to go outdoors, as long as we avoid close contact with other people. To ride a bike, go for a run, or to take a walk is one of the best things you can do for yourself because it activates the cardiovascular system.   Moreover, it nurtures muscles and joints, and it also helps reduce stress, anxiety, and depression.  Try to exercise 3 times a week - or more.

The CDC recommends that children and adolescents ages 6 to 17 years do 60 minutes or more of moderate-to-vigorous physical activity daily.

You and your child can also do home-exercises too.  Look below for virtual PE streaming videos that will help you find ways to bust some moves in the great indoors.
